  1. Promoter: bitcoin.com.au (ABN 46 164 257 069) (Promoter).
  2. Promotion Period: 15 January 2026 to 31th December 2026 (inclusive).
  3. Eligibility: Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who open a new bitcoin.com.au account during the Promotion Period and successfully complete identity verification (approved). Employees of the Promoter and its related entities (and their immediate families) are ineligible.
  4. How to qualify: Eligible participants must place one or more trades (buy and/or sell) with a combined value of at least $1,000 (or AUD equivalent at the time of trade execution) in any supported cryptocurrency during the Promotion Period. Trading fees and spreads apply.
  5. Reward: Eligible participants will receive AUD $100 worth of Bitcoin (BTC) credited to their bitcoin.com.au account. The BTC amount credited will be calculated using the Promoter’s BTC price at the time the reward is credited.
  6. Crediting timeframe: The reward will be credited within 24 hours of the participant meeting the qualifying trade requirement, subject to standard compliance, security and fraud checks.
  7. Limit: One reward per person during the Promotion Period. Multiple accounts, use of false details, or suspected misuse may result in disqualification and reversal of any credited reward.
  8. Changes and termination: To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter may vary, suspend or end the promotion if required for legal, regulatory, security or operational reasons.
  9. General: Bitcoin is volatile. The AUD value of BTC may fluctuate. Nothing in these terms limits any rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.
